ONE YEAR Labor Warrantee -

• All material is guaranteed to be as specified.
• All work to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practice.
• Wood Warrantee Exclusions: Indentations, scratches or damage caused by negligence, water, sand and abuse.
• Any unsatisfactory color deviations must be addressed prior to installation. 

GENERAL POLICIES

• Home Owner assumes responsibility for cutting and installation of Doors.
• Customer assumes responsibility for measurements on self-installed material.

PAYMENT & RETURN POLICIES

• Special Orders and Cash & Carry Sales require full payment in advance.

• Installations require a 50% Deposit for product to be ordered and installation to be scheduled.

• Final payment is normally due upon completion of installation.

• Unpaid Balances accrue interest at 1 1/2 % per month after 30 days.

• No Refunds or Returns on Special Orders or after 30 days.

• Returns within 30 days from invoice date can be for refund or store credit at Pensacola Floors discretion.

• 35 % Re-Stocking Fee.
