We use the following shipping methods:

LTL or Semi to Shipper's Dock for Customer Pickup

LTL or Semi to Pensacola Floors Show Room

FedEX or UPS Ground for small Special Orders

Shipping Policies:

In general all cash and carry orders must be picked up at Pensacola Floors Show Room, unless prior arrangement is made for product to be unloaded at or delivered directly to the job site. Special local deliveries within a 20 mile radius of our showroom may be arranged with a 2 day notice for a flat fee of $75.

If we are Installing your product, the Installer or sub-Contractor will deliver that product to your home or job site, sometimes several days ahead of your installation date.

We charge Flat Rate Shipping for special orders of Tile, Stone, Wood or other product unavailable in our Pensacola Warehouse. Carpet shipping is usually included in the price. Please consult your Sales Rep for details.
